There is an acceptance of your differences
I thought it was cozy, fun, and absolutely amazing being at teen- and youth camp at Gifted Institute.
I feel comfortable around other gifted people. It is a different “society” than, for example, my class, which means a lot to me. There is an acceptance of your differences, and you always have someone to talk to.
I met new people that I really cherish. I experienced the best lessons I have ever had, and I otherwise think my teachers are fairly good at teaching. I find it fantastic, that if you need something or someone to talk to you can just find one of the volunteers. There is always someone who can help you or empathize with you.
All in all an amazing experience!
