Children & Family+
It can be absolutely fantastic and simultaneously incredibly challenging to be gifted or to be a family with one or more gifted children. We help gifted children and youth - and their families - uncover strengths and weaknesses in the child and family.
Our goal is to transform giftedness from a potential obstacle into a superpower.
We utilize various tests and worksheets to explore giftedness, well-being, and potential learning difficulties, with our primary focus on the inner emotional landscape. Through our assessment, we provide insight into the child's inner world across multiple parameters.
Many gifted children experience difficulties fitting into school environments or social contexts during their upbringing. Gifted Institute has developed both individual counseling sessions and the group program "Boost" specifically targeting the unique challenges associated with being gifted.
Gifted Institute has been organizing camps for Gifted Children members for numerous years. These popular camps are continuously offered throughout the year and are available for children and youth aged 10 and above. Our camps serve a profound social purpose while simultaneously providing specialized content including teambuilding, instruction on topics such as overexcitability, self-development, philosophy, ethics, and much more.
Beyond services specifically targeted at children, Gifted Institute offers support and guidance to parents regarding their children's institutional and educational experiences, including parent courses, seminars etc.
We remain consistently available for a comprehensive consultation and assessment of your unique needs. We recognize that each family and child is distinctly individual. If you are uncertain whether you have a gifted or twice-exceptional child, please contact [email protected], and we will arrange a clarifying/introductional phoneinterview or online meeting.
